Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey

#31: Sometimes when I feel like killing someone, I do a little trick to calm myself down. I'll go over to the person's house and ring the doorbell. When the person comes to the door, I'm gone, but you know what I've left on the porch? A jack-o'-lantern with a knife in the side of its head with a note that says "You." After that, I usually feel a lot better, and no harm done.

Deep thoughts = hilarity

Something interesting happened the other day, our computer got majorly adwared/spywared/crapwared/whateverwared.  It was horrible, now our computer gets a ton of pop ups and even though I downloaded two anti-adware programs it's still not fully gone.  I'm still working on the situation. 

Something cool happened a week ago. Our band had it's first real practice!  In our two hour session we only made it through one song, but hey it's better than nothing, right?  We played "Let it Be" by the Beatles, great song.  We're working on playing "The Distance" by Cake.  "Clocks" by Coldplay, and maybe "This Love" by Maroon 5.  I say maybe because "This Love's" beat is as hard as heck.  Only so much syncopation should be allowed to happen.  On other news I might by a new crash cymbal from one of my friends, should be good. 

Possibly purchasing the new Switchfoot CD...

Hey,

It's spring break!!! w00t!  Yeah!  Party Time!  Excellant!  I'm in Nashville right now, using this guy's 20 something inch monitor.  It's so awesome and he has a flat screen TV w. surround sound, this place is like 10x cooler than our house.  Oh yeah, the fridge is stocked w. Creme Soda also, very nice.  Other than that I've been meeting a lot of my sisters friends, they're pretty cool. 

While I was in mississippi we spent our time visiting our former neighbors the Otaigbes.  There house is also very cool, big screen TV w. a wireless network to high speed internet.  Not to worry, I'm not turning into a total nerd, to make sure I'm ready for soccer tryouts (starting right when I get break from spring break) I've been running everyday and doing pushups.  I should be ready (other than the fact that I haven't played soccer in 2 years).

This one guy John something gave a neat message at ACF (Asian Christian Fellowship - but like half the ppl there were caucasian) about God's love, and all I can say was it was pretty cool. 

Me and Ben now have a great idea, for our Earth Science research project we're going to do something like creationism vs. evolution and junk like that. Hopefully Mr. Walters will let us change our topic.  Well I'm bored.
